All compliance documentation is requested upon a candidate’s first introduction to Odyssey and is continuously updated whilst we support the candidate's job search. Our market-leading software is set up to hold all of this information under strict data protection rules, and our system is backed up daily.
We acknowledge that every client we work with has their own individual requirements for pre-employment checks. When you choose Odyssey as your recruitment service provider, your dedicated consultant will agree a candidate compliance checklist with you. If necessary, additional compliance checks can be added to our own checklist.
