Interview preparation begins with thorough research of the employer and the job.

  • research the history of the hospital, clinic or medical or dental practice where you are applying to work.
  • understand its development, values, vision and goals as well as its work culture.

  • pets should be removed from the room to avoid disruption or intrusion into the interview
