Seeking a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon for a fixed term 6 month contract to cover staff leave in an established health service in Gisborne, New Zealand. Position Highlights
- work in a small 115 bed general secondary care hospital
- orthopaedic department provides general, acute and elective care with current sub-specialty interests including Hip and Knee Arthroplasty, Paediatrics and Sports Surgery.
- practice general orthopaedics and subspeciality if appropriate
- enjoy full RMO support and participate in RMO training
- work 40 hour week plus on call

- FRACS or equivalent specialist qualification in Paediatrics.
- Eligibility for vocational registration or special purpose locum tenens registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand
- Salary NZD 200000-400000 PA, DOE

- Study leave 16 days plus NSZ16,000 PA finance
