An exciting opportunity is available for a Registrar in Infectious Diseases and Hospital in the Home (HITH) to join one of Australia's leading regional health services on a fixed-term full-time appointment from 31 October 2026 to 31 January 2027.
This position offers excellent exposure to Infectious Diseases, Hospital in the Home (HITH) and Acute Medicine while working alongside experienced Infectious Diseases Physicians and multidisciplinary teams in a modern tertiary referral hospital.
Ideal for Basic Physician Trainees and Medical Registrars with an interest in Infectious Diseases, General Medicine or Acute Care, this role combines strong consultant supervision, structured teaching and valuable clinical experience across inpatient and outpatient services.
Position Highlights

- 86 hours per fortnight, including 10 hours protected training time
