As a Personal Caretaker (Persoonlijk Begeleider), you will take a lead position in delivering and coordinating high-quality care for clients with complex physical, behavioural, and/or intellectual support needs.
This role combines hands-on clinical care, care coordination, and stakeholder engagement, offering clear progression into leadership and specialist pathways.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to individuals with complex support needs
- Coordinate, implement, and regularly review individualised care plans
- Act as a primary point of contact for families, multidisciplinary teams, and external stakeholders
- Support and guide junior care staff, contributing to team development and continuity of care
- Promote client independence, wellbeing, and social participation
- Ensure compliance with clinical governance, safeguarding, and quality standards
- Gross Salary: €2,546 – €3,564 per month (based on 36 hours and experience)
- Net Income: Up to approximately €2,925 per month
- Shift Enhancements: Additional allowances for evenings, weekends, and irregular hours

- Demonstrated experience in complex care, behavioural support, or disability services

- Willingness to relocate to the Netherlands and integrate into a new healthcare environment
