- Emergency Department is an Australasian Level 4 regional trauma centre with approximately 55,000 presentations per annum.
- mixed ED and is Tier 2 accredited for 24 months of training under the revised Australasian College for Emergency Medicine (ACEM) training programme.
- ED sees a large volume of trauma and high acuity paediatric and adult medical patient presentations.

- Minimum experience 1 year.
- Competitive remuneration package based upon level of experience and qualifications comprising basic salary and allowances NZD 120,000 - 250,000 PA (NZRDA or STONZ scales)
