A permanent appointee is sought for a consultant ENT Surgeon position in one of Auckland's tertiary hospitals. An experiences surgeon is required.
Position Highlights
- work with a dedicated and friendly team providing ENT out patient and in patient services
- accredited, 850-bed, teaching hospital of Auckland University and University of Otago, well-known internationally for world class work in orthopaedics; burns and spinal injury rehabilitation
- other specialist services include neonatal intensive care, renal dialysis, and reconstructive and maxillofacial surgery.
FRACS or equivalent qualification
Eligible for vocational registration within the scope of surgery (ENT) with the Medical Council of New Zealand or Special Purpose Locum Tenens registration
Remuneration Package
The remuneration packages defined by the SECA Collective Agreement
- basic salary for a 40 hour week and additional allowances for on Call Duty
- six weeks holiday per year
- 10 days study leave plus an allowance of 16,000 dollars per year
- relocation package covering cost of removal to New Zealand
- superannuation
