Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and governance across Obstetrics & Gynaecology services
- Lead service planning, development, and performance improvement initiatives
- Oversee workforce management, including recruitment, mentoring, and professional development
- Drive multidisciplinary collaboration to enhance patient outcomes
- Ensure compliance with clinical standards, safety frameworks, and accreditation requirements
- Contribute to education, teaching, and research activities
Remuneration
- Fractional Specialist: $169.70 - $221.19 per hour (excl. super)
- Staff Specialist: $132.64 - $182.38 per hour (excl. super)
- Classification: Specialist Year 1 - 9 (HN19-HN59 / HM33-HM41)

Candidate Requirements
