We source candidates using a variety of techniques starting with our own data base search, and including technologies for a broader market search. We then screen candidates confirming their qualifications, experience, skills, motivation, references and career goals.
Our recruitment consultants prepare a shorlist of the most suitable candidates and submit to you their prepared resumes with further details of each candidate's remuneration expectations and availability for work.
