- Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of Surgeons (FRACS) or an equivalent qualification and be eligible for vocational registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand (MCNZ).

Remuneration
- salary and allowances NZD 200,000 - 450,000 PA DOE
