When you advise us of a job order, we will advise you of the best methods for sourcing candidates. We have a large data base of applicants on which we can perform an immediate search/match. We also start advertising immediately on our own website and job boards within the UK and appropriate world regions.
Once we have sourced potential applicants we will evaluate and credential them, verifying their qualifications and references and send you the shortlist of those who meet your requirements.
As part of our Terms of Business we offer a 3 month guarantee during which time we will refund our fees or replace any candidates who leave their positions during this probation period.
