Candidates for dentist jobs must have a basic dental degree accepted by the professional regulatory authority in the proposed jurisction of practice. Basic experience requirements must also be satisfied, usually completed internship and several years of clinical practice experience.
Candidates for specialist dentist jobs must have appropriate specialist postgraduate training and a qualification in the appropriate specialist field.
