INTERVIEW PREPARATION

Interview Preparation is key!

Once you have been invited for an interview for a much sought after job, the key to successfully securing a job offer is thorough preparation.

Many candidates view job interviews as high-pressure situations in which a single mistake can scupper any chance of success, but most errors can be avoided by anticipating them in advance. A job interview can use different formats (telephone, video platforms, in person, assessment days, presentations) and technologies (teams, zoom, customised applications, on line portals) and familiarity with these is vital.

Whether you are going to your first job interview, or are a seasoned professional, the different methods of interviewing are constantly evolving. Our recruitment consultants can assist you with preparation but before getting in touch, please read our checklist and advice below.
