Nurses are central to delivering and coordinating complex elderly care. This role includes clinical leadership, care planning, and collaboration with doctors and allied health professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver complex nursing and medical care
- Develop and manage individual care plans
- Coordinate multidisciplinary care delivery
- Supervise and support junior care staff
- Year 1 (Level 3):
- Gross salary: from €2,573 per month (36 hours)
- Approx. net income: from €2,335 per month, plus allowances
- After progression (Level 4):
- Gross salary: up to €2,881 per month
- Approx. net income: up to €2,523 per month
- Irregular shift allowances: up to 60%
- Relocation support: €425 net per month (up to 18 months)
- Housing support: €175 net per month (up to 18 months)
- Holiday allowance (8%) and 13th-month bonus
- 30 days paid leave, pension, and travel reimbursement
Nursing qualification comparable to Dutch Levels 4–6
- Eligibility for Dutch qualification comparison and BIG registration
- Strong clinical judgement and organisational skills
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
