Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing and clinical care to elderly patients with complex needs
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans
- Coordinate care delivery in collaboration with physicians and allied health professionals
- Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions accordingly
- Supervise, mentor, and support junior care staff
- Ensure compliance with clinical governance, documentation, and quality standards
- Year 1 (Level 3 Entry):
- Gross salary from €2,573 per month (36 hours)
- Net income from approximately €2,335 per month (excluding allowances)
- Post-Progression (Level 4):
- Gross salary up to €2,881 per month
- Net income up to approximately €2,523 per month
- Additional Benefits:
- Irregular shift allowances up to 60%
- €425 net monthly relocation support (up to 18 months)
- €175 net monthly housing support (up to 18 months)
- 8% holiday allowance and 13th-month bonus

- Nursing qualification comparable to Dutch Levels 4–6
