This is a patient-centred, hands-on role focused on promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care, including assistance with hygiene, dressing, and mobility
- Support daily routines and structured activities tailored to individual needs
- Encourage social engagement and participation in community life
- Recognise and respond to non-verbal communication and behavioural cues
- Follow and contribute to individual care plans in collaboration with senior staff
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to care standards and protocols
- Gross Salary: €2,546 – €3,564 per month (36 hours), dependent on experience and level
- Net Income: Approximately €2,320 – €2,925 per month
- Shift Allowances: إضافات for evenings, weekends, and irregular hours
- Relocation & Housing Support:
- €425 net per month relocation allowance (up to 18 months)
- €175 net per month housing support (up to 18 months)

- Previous experience in elderly care, rehabilitation, or disability support preferred
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Willingness to relocate to the Netherlands
