You will join a well-established surgical team providing comprehensive plastic and reconstructive services to a broad regional population. The position offers flexibility, with options for full-time staff specialist or part-time fractional appointments.
Key aspects of the role include:
- Delivery of high-quality plastic and reconstructive surgical care across inpatient and outpatient settings
- Participation in scheduled operating lists, including fee-for-service opportunities
- Contribution to the development and expansion of surgical services
- Active involvement in teaching and supervision of Interns, HMOs, and Registrars
- Engagement in clinical governance, audit, and research activities
Remuneration & Contract
- Employment Type: Permanent (Full-Time or Fractional)
- Hours: Negotiable
- Salary (excluding superannuation):
- Fractional Specialist: $160.20 - $221.19 per hour
- Full-Time Specialist: $132.64 - $182.38 per hour

Candidate Requirements
- Fellowship or equivalent specialist qualification in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery
- Eligibility for specialist registration with AHPRA
