An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the founding nursing team of a new, high-end private clinical service launching in Bahrain in September 2026.
We are recruiting experienced Registered Nurses who combine outstanding clinical expertise with exceptional patient care and communication skills.

The Role
As part of a specialist nursing team, you will provide safe, compassionate and evidence-based patient care throughout the treatment journey. You will work independently while collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary clinical team to deliver the highest standards of care.

Responsibilities include:
  • Performing comprehensive patient assessments
  • Peripheral IV cannulation, including patients with difficult venous access
  • Administration of intravenous infusion therapies
  • Continuous patient monitoring throughout treatment
  • Recognition and management of infusion-related complications
  • Delivering outstanding patient education and support
  • Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
  • Upholding the highest standards of infection prevention, patient safety and clinical governance
Essential Requirements
Applicants should possess:
  • Current Registered Nurse qualification
  • Minimum 2 years' recent post-registration clinical experience
  • Strong intravenous cannulation and infusion therapy skills
  • Experience working independently with excellent clinical judgement
  • Outstanding English communication skills
  • Confidence caring for an international patient population
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Eligibility for, or willingness to obtain, NHRA registration in Bahrain
Preferred Experience
Applications are particularly welcomed from nurses with experience in:
  • Infusion Therapy
  • Emergency Nursing
  • Critical Care / ICU
  • Post Anaesthesia Care Unit (PACU)
  • Outpatient Procedure Units
  • Day Surgery
  • Ambulatory Care
Additional experience in the following will be highly regarded:
  • Medical aesthetics
  • Cosmetic injectables
  • Medical spas
  • Cosmetic or dermatology clinics
  • Regenerative medicine
  • Biologic therapies
Clinical Competencies
Successful candidates will demonstrate competence in:
  • Advanced peripheral IV cannulation
  • Management of difficult venous access
  • Safe administration of IV therapies
  • Recognition and management of:
    • Infiltration
    • Extravasation
    • Vasovagal episodes
    • Allergic and hypersensitivity reactions
    • Early fluid overload
ACLS certification is desirable but not essential.
Language Requirements
  • Fluent English is essential.
  • Arabic language skills are highly desirable.

Licensing
Candidates must be eligible to obtain registration with Bahrain's National Health Regulatory Authority (NHRA). Assistance and guidance with the licensing process will be provided where appropriate.
