There are registrar posts available in New Zealand in multiple specialisms at a regional general hospital in the North Island.The hospital, a 350 bed secondary facility, with a catchment population of 180,000 provides the following services:
- Internal Medicine – including Cardiology, Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, Infectious Diseases, Neurology, Renal, Rheumatology, Respiratory
- Medical Oncology
- Rehabilitation Medicine
- General Surgery
- Obstetrics & Gynaecology
- Mental Health
- Emergency Medicine

Requirements for applicants:
- General Registration or eligibility for general registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand.
- Fluent English communication skills (non – native speakers require IETLS academic module with mean score of 7.5)
