Role: Clinical Psychologist for Adolescent Mental Health Team
Contract: Full time, permanent
Working Hours: 40 per week
A registered clinical or educational psychologist is sought for an Adolescent Mental Health Service in a beautiful area of the North Island of New Zealand.
The service caters for patients aged 13-18 and is committed to implementing high standard models of therapeutic treatment, as well as the necessary training and ongoing supervision that such pathways require.
You will work in The Adolescent Mental Health Services which is evolving a Well Being Integrated delivery model to meet the needs of the young person, whanau and the community. You will become part of a multi-disciplinary team, a solution focused team, working in collaboration with the community.
The service has clear pathway for therapeutic psychology intervention, assessment, and diagnosis of ASD and ADHD, as well as other mental health presentations.
There are forums for psychologists and psychiatrists to network and share professional development opportunities.
You must be registered with the New Zealand Board of Psychologists with either clinical or educational scope.
