Role: Registered Nurse in Emergency Department
Contract: Permanent full time
Based in a 24/7 emergency department of a regional general hospital providing secondary level medical care, you will provide skilled nursing care through application of clinical knowledge and theory to nursing practice.
You should have a minimum of five years post registration experience. Your previous experience in general medical and surgical will be valuable in this demanding and rewarding role.
You will receive ongoing support from the Nurse Educator and Emergency Nursing courses are available.
As the ideal candidate you will have post graduate education and be working towards the Professional Development and Recognition PDRP programmes. The ED team is an experienced and supportive group and your ability to mentor staff and pass on knowledge will be essential in this position.
