Our client is an international healthcare management company specialising in major hospital projects and currently seeks a Quality Manager to work in an ongoing emergency medicine project in the United Arab Emirates. The role is full time and its aim is to provide leadership to support the quality initiatives of the project. The company provides a competitive tax free salary package and excellent working environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Facilitate, implements and manage a quality assurance system
  • Perform Audits and benchmark performance against documented standards, policies and best practice
  • Direct, coordinate and evaluate QI Program, utilization review program and risk/safety management program to ensure compliance with hospital standards
  • Monitor indicators and take corrective action to ensure that clinical programs and services at the ED continue to operate efficiently and effectively.
  • Organizes and ensures implementation of ED department’s reports and abstracts for the Hospital’s QI Committee.



  1. Baccalaureate degree in Nursing or Quality Management or equivalent
  2. Evidence of continuing professional development


  1. Minimum five (5) years clinical quality assurance experience.
  2. Three (3) years acute clinical experience.
  3. Active in accreditation process


  1. Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English; excellent presentation skills


  1. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  2. Leadership: Fosters a participatory leadership style and able to bring about change
  3. Research Methodology: Demonstrated knowledge of research methodology, practices and techniques
  4. Analytical Skills: Excellent investigative, analytical and problem solving skills
  5. IT Skills: Excellent knowledge of MS Office including presentation media, knowledge of Information Systems applications, tools and concepts
  6. Clinical Governance: Knowledge of methods of developing clinical quality assurance and evidence based clinical practice
