A Consultant in Emergency Medicine is sought for a regional hospital in western Australia. In this role you will be responsible for the provision of a comprehensive clinical service in Emergency Medicine and the leadership of the multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive emergency services. You will also promote patient quality and safety within the Emergency Department as well as provide leadership, management, training, supervision and education for Senior Medial Practitioner, Interns, Resident Medical Officers and Registrars in collaboration with the Director of Medical Services.

Selection Criteria:
  • Eligibility for specialist registration with the Medical Board of Australia
  • FCEM or equivalent 
  • Fluent English communications (IELTS mean score 7.5 for non native speakers)
