Glosante, the new Dubai health care company for international travellers, intends to rapidly expand internationally creating over 1500 jobs in the healthcare industry.
About $100 million has been invested in the innovative company which aims to provide global travellers an one stop shop for mandatory and general healthcare services including vaccinations and health screening.
The company was conceived in the context of many countries demanding preventative healthcare screening and investigations prior to granting visas. Plans are afoot to open 52 offices in 10 countries across the Middle East, Asia and Africa targeting 15-20% of the travel healthcare market. This is expected to create over 1500 health care jobs.
In the UAE, Glosante will open in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah. Outside the UAE, the company seeks to open offices in Jordan, Bahrain, Egypt, Algeria, India, Pakistan, Philippines and South Africa. Employees will be directly hired and in some countries the clinics will provide general medical services.
