This may go without saying but only apply for jobs that are actually suited to your expertise. Applying for a lot of different jobs with different expertise and skills will give you a bad name.
4 - Identify Location
You should probably know by this stage of the process what countries you fancy working in. Do some research into the areas of the country and try and pick where the best location for you to be.
Are you in to the big cities or do you like the rural areas a lot more? You have to think about these things before you start to apply for jobs.
5 - Odyssey Recruitment Process
Once you have registered with us, you will get an email of our business terms that you can read and sign. Along with this you will also receive an application pack.
If we find that there is a suitable role for you then we will arrange a video call with you at a suitable time.
If you decide to go ahead with the proposed job then we will send your CV and other vital documents to the hospital for you. Sometimes, we will tidy up your CV in order to make sure that they can perform as well as possible. After the video interview with us, you will be sent an email confirming what was just discussed in the call and confirming that you want to apply for the job that was discussed.
Most hospitals will narrow the applications down to a few candidates. These candidates may be invited to the hospital for a tour and a meeting or receive an invitation to an online video call with the medical director.
If it all goes well for you then you will be offered the job and given a set time frame to accept it and complete contractual formalities.
