Specialist Radiologist Roles

Radiologists should hold a specialist postgraduate board certification or fellowship from UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, USA, South Africa, Western Europe, Hong Kong or Singapore and should have undertaken postgraduate training in these countries.

Junior Doctor Radiology Training and Service Roles

Junior doctor training roles in radiology - house officer and registrar - are available in UK, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand and are accredited for a specific periood of time and level of training by the appropriate educational organisation responsible for training. Each post will have structured teaching and supervision. 
You should register with the appropriate organisation to ensure your training is recognised towards the specialist training and examniations. 
Competition for these positions is often intense so you should ensure that your CV is updated, professional and ready to submit.
Service positions are not approved for postgraduate specialist training but usually provide excellent clinical experience for physicians looking to acquire some skills in a new speciality and they are often an easier means of entry to a country.
