  • Canada: FRCPC
  • Australia and New Zealand: FRACP

Cardiologist Salaries and Remuneration

Remuneration packages vary by country and employer but there are three general models:
 
  1. Salaried: fixed salary which may have pension benefits and other benefits and sign up or retention bonuses 
  2. Fee for Service: independent practice with billing 
  3. Salaried contract with incentives ie % of practice revenue generated
